Western Pomerania
Right in the far North East of Germany you can find the region of Western Pomerania. On the coastline of the Baltic Sea is the university town and hanseatic city Greifswald. It is located between the big island of Ruegen and the island of Usedom.

Getting to the museum:
By Train
You can reach the museum from the train station by foot in 10 minutes. You just have to follow the signs via the rampart opposite the train station.
By Car
You can get to Greifswald via the motorway A20 or the “Bundesstraße” (A-road) B 105 or B 109. A sufficient numbers of parking spaces are available around the historic center of Greifswald. They can be found through a good parking guidance system. Directly in front of the museum is an underground parking lot.
